Headspace

The Christmas period can often be a stressful time which is why we love the Headspace app to restore some much needed calm throughout December.

Headspace is a simple to use meditation app that allows you to practice mindfulness techniques to help you feel happier and healthier. The free app allows you to find some extra calm and clarity with a 10 minute meditation session that you can listen to on your mobile and tablet device.

While there are subscriptions available that offer additional sessions and meditation courses, the free version still provides a great way to relax over the festive period.

Headspace is available to download on iOS and Android devices.
