All our work is developed using our 3D process – Discover, Develop, Deliver. This agile process ensures we deliver great work that exceeds expectations, and builds positive brand experiences for both consumers and our clients. It is this 3D approach that enables us to build a strategic framework for all of our projects.

 

Discover.

Understanding the brand, competitive environment, customers and KPI’s through desk research, stakeholder interviews and workshops.

Develop.

Creating scopes of work, functional requirements, user personas, creative briefs, media briefs, and user journeys ensures we develop the right work.

Deliver.

Managing projects to budget and agreed KPIs. All projects are managed using agile processes working collaboratively.

 

Each project is managed by a client services lead who understands both creative and technology requirements, working closely with a lead creative technologist to deliver the best solution.

Upon completion of a project or campaign, our team undertake an agency/client wash-up session to review the project, ensure we’ve delivered successfully, and identify learnings.
