Transport for London
Plus Two won the tender for the Transport for London Traffic Enforcement Open Days in a 5-way agency pitch.
The brief was to enhance the profile of the Traffic Enforcement technologies developed by TfL across London, including Bus Lane cameras, CCTV and the new Smart Car with vehicle registration recognition cameras.
The event was attended by 500 invited guests from Borough Councils, Police, TfL divisions and other stakeholders from around the UK.
Plus Two managed the whole event. The complete service included:-
- Sourcing the Battersea Park Events Arena
- Creation of a dedicated Transport for London website for Registration
- Email marketing to invited guests
- Stage set design and theming of the Exhibition arena
- Creation of a touch-screen interactive tour of the TfL Control Centre in Westminster
- Flash design for on-screen animated presentations
- Video production on location across London
- Design and production of graphic panels for 15 exhibition stands
- Graphic design of printed support materials
- On-site delegate registration and management
- Post event evaluation
