Reckitt Benckiser
Reckitt Benkiser are healthcare manufacturers of household brands such as Lemsip and Gaviscon.
Plus Two worked alongside their Pharmacy Development team to produce a training CD ROM. The interactive presentation is being rolled out UK-wide in High Street Pharmacies by the field sales team.
The CD ROM is designed around a menu screen depicting a typical Pharmacy. The presenter can go straight to the topics of interest which include Winter Ailments, Indigestion, Category Management, Merchandising and Customer Service.
The presentation has been devised to give overview information on merchandising product within the store and dealing with customer enquiries about common ailments.
Computer generated Pharmacy Assistants and customers illustrate the do's and don'ts of customer service.
The CD ROM has been so successful that Reckitt Benckiser and Plus Two are now working jointly on a version for General Practitioners.
