Ethicon Endo Surgery
Germany based Ethicon Endo Surgery partnered with Plus Two to develop a teambuilding solution and kick-off for their new financial year.
The event was held in Lapland and 400 sales employees were invited to attend from across Europe.
Although English was to be the common language, Plus Two devised unusual methods of non-verbal communication to get messages across including flying in a troupe of mime artistes to visualise new products, marketing strategies etc.
Teambuilding and motivation sessions included group excursions on Icebreaker ships and Snowmobiles.
A 'one culture' philosophy underlined the complete program with guests viewing themselves as Europeans rather than English, German, French etc.
Plus Two managed the complete event including delegate logistics, stage design, teambuild sessions and a fantastic Gala Evening to close the event.
