Plus Two won the opportunity to produce the Alcatel Business Partner Conference after successfully winning a 6 way pitch.
We provided four different destinations for the event and the client selected Istanbul.
Plus Two developed a theme to work with the strapline 'Architects of an Internet World'. Delegates registered on-line at an award-winning bespoke event website.
Over 300 delegates were flown in to Istanbul from a range of international hubs. Our production crew managed the on-site technical staging and equipment working with local partner companies.
The guests experienced not only a dramatic conference program but also the culture of Istanbul with local hosted excursions and teambuilding activities.
